ab may not be working in IHC; she tried both IHC-P and IHC-Fr of mouse liver sections; used 1:50, 1:100, 1:200 with pH6 heat retrieval for IHC-P; in all assays there was no staining; ; offered to try it one more time with frozen sections and will call back with results. Customer has called back and results with 1:10 dilution on IHC-Fr still negative.
