Detection of Human WDFY3 in a formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded section of human breast carcinomaby by Immunohistochemistry using ab84888 at a dilution of 1:250. Detection: DAB staining.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - WDFY3 antibody (ab84888)
ab84888 staining WDFY3 in Human HeLa cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with Triton X-100 0.5% in PBS and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at 25ºC. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50 in PBS + 2% BSA) for 1 hour at 25ºC. An Alexa Fluor®594-conjugated Donkey anti-rabbit monoclonal (1/2000) was used as the secondary antibody.
