WB WB: Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 49 kDa. Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.

  • Cellular localizationGolgi apparatus > trans-Golgi network. Endosome. Cytoplasmic vesicle > clathrin-coated vesicle. Trans elements of the Golgi and peripheral endosomes. Dynamically cycles through these compartments and is susceptible to conditions that modulate membrane flux. Enriched in clathrin-coated vesicles.
