Observed band size : 42 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 29 kDa,86 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Exposure time : 8 minutes
The 42 kDa band observed is comparable to the molecular weight seen with other commercially available antibodies to XBP1.
