Thanks for the information. We used XPG antibody to detect the levels of XPG protein by Western blotting. We used 100 ug cell lysate and see only a non-specific band size 110 kDa and no any band sized 185 kDa. It will be nice of you if you give us technical tips to get the specific 185 kDa band. Any paper published where people used this antibody.
