ab62751 specifically recognizes human phospho-YAP1 (phospho Y357). Staining of the phospho-YAP1 (phospho Y357) band in Western blotting is specifically inhibited by the immunizing peptide. No inhibition with the unmodified peptide is observed.

Recommended dilutions
ICC/IF: Use at a concentration of 5 - 10 ug/ml.
WB: Use at a concentration of 0.5 - 1 ug/ml. Detects a band of approximately 65 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 65 kDa).

Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
