Predicted band size : 53 kDa
Observed band size : 60 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)-YARS2 antibody - Aminoterminal end(ab71419)
ab71419 at 1/50 dilution staining YARS2 - Aminoterminal end in human hepatocarcinoma tissue section by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/ PFA fixed paraffin-embedded sections). A peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody was used followed by DAB staining.
