I am using ani-YY1 to do ChIP with mouse kidney tissue. Is there any genes I can us as a positive control?

Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately none of our YY1 antibodies has been tested in ChIP therefore we do not know what suitable genes would be a good positive control. I suggest looking in the literature on this protein and hope this will be able to provide you with the information you need. I'm sorry I cannot help you more on this occasion.
