WB: Use at a concentration of 0.5 - 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 46 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 46 kDa).

ZBP1 encodes a Z DNA binding protein. Z DNA formation is a dynamic process, largely controlled by the amount of supercoiling. ZBP1 may play a role in host defense against tumors and pathogens via sensing cytostolic DNA and activating the innate immune response.
