Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections) - IL10 antibody [2G101H7] (ab25073)This image is courtesy of an Abreview submitted by Dr. Nitsan Kozlovskyab25073 staining IL10 in Rat hippocampal tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with methanol and blocked with 1.5% serum for 1 hour at 22°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/250 in PBS) for 20 hours at 4°C. A DyLight®549-conjugated Horse anti-mouse IgG polyclonal (1/250) was used as the secondary antibody.
