  • Immunohistochemical analysis of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded Human non-small-cell lung cancer tissue staining MMP7 with ab4044.

    Antigen retrieval was performed by placing the sections in 0.01 M citrate buffer (pH 6) and heating in a microwave oven. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/15) overnight at 4°C. Staining was detected using an IHC substrate kit.
