  • Applications

Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab84147 in the following tested applications.

The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

    Application Notes
    SDS-PAGE
  • Application notesSDS-PAGE: Use at an assay dependent dilution.

Molecular Mass: ab84147 migrates as a band between 10 and 20 kDa in SDS-PAGE. This compares with predicted molecular mass of 18.6 kDa.

pI: ab84147 separates into a number of isoforms with a pI between 3.0 and 9.0 in 2D PAGE due to post-translational modifications. This compares with the unmodified protein that has a predicted pI of 7.63.

Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
