The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
IP: Use at 2-5µg/mg of lysate.
WB: 1/2000 - 1/10000. Detects a band of approximately 71 kDa.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
ABCF 2 is a member of the ABC Transporter superfamily and of the GCN20 subfamily. As a member of the ABC Transporter family, it functions to transport various molecules across extra- and intracellular membranes.

All lanes : Anti-ABCF2 antibody (ab86178) at 0.04 µg/ml
Lane 1 : HeLa whole cell lysate at 50 µg Lane 2 : HeLa whole cell lysate at 15 µg Lane 3 : HeLa whole cell lysate at 5 µg Lane 4 : 293T whole cell lysate at 50 µg Lane 5 : NIH3T3 whole cell lysate at 50 µg
Detection of Human ABCF2 by Immunoprecipitation, using ab86178 at 3µg/mg lysate. Image shows immunoprecipitated ABCF2 detected with post IP WB, loading 20% of IP and using HeLa whole cell lysate at 1mg, with ab86178 at 1 µg/ml in lane 1, antibodies recognising a downstream eptiope in lanes 2 and 3, and control IgG in lane 4. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
