  • Specificityab23455 has specificity for human acetylcholinesterase. No cross-reaction is seen with human BtChE. ab23455 reacts with both G2-and G4-AChE (native detergent soluble) in ELISA and EAIA using the antibody as capture antibody. Ab23455 reacts 17 times stronger with human brain AChE than with human erythrocyte AChE.
