  • Immunoprecipitation analysis of HeLa cell lysate (in RIPA buffer, 0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) labeling ADCY9 using ab191213 at 6 μg per reaction (lane 2). An other rabbit antibpdy against ADCY9 was used in Lane 1. A Control IgG was used in lane 3. For blotting immunoprecipitated ADCY9, ab191213 was used at 0.4 μg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
