Application notes

ICC: 1/100. Excitation mapping by LM immunocytochemistry. True dilution at user dilution: 1/2000. Optimal fixation: 0.1-2.5% glutaraldehyde,1% formaldehyde using HPI (High Performance Immunocytochemistry). Minimum glutaraldehyde: 0.1% using HPI.

Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Target

Relevance

Agmatine, a product of arginine metabolism is an endogenous amine acting at imidazoline receptors with a putative role in nociception at the spinal level. Agmatine potentiates morphine analgesia and blocks symptoms of naloxone-precipitated morphine withdrawal in rats.
