WB Use a concentration of 5 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 31 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 31 kDa).Can be blocked with ab185536. Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.

CGL1 is an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by marked paucity of adipose tissue, extreme insulin resistance, hypertriglyceridemia, hepatic steatosis and early onset of diabetes.
