    Defects in AGXT are the cause of hyperoxaluria primary type 1 (HP1) [MIM:259900]; also known as primary hyperoxaluria type I (PH1) and oxalosis I. HP1 is a rare autosomal recessive inborn error of glyoxylate metabolism characterized by increased excretion of oxalate and glycolate, and the progressive accumulation of insoluble calcium oxalate in the kidney and urinary tract.

    Incubation time was overnight at 4°C. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human hepatocarcinoma tissue labelling AGXT with ab91074. A peroxidase-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

  • Flow cytometry analysis of HepG2 cells labelling AGXT (green) with ab91074 compared to a negative control (blue). A FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
