    Observed band size : 36 kDa
    Additional bands at : 28 kDa,55 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
  • ab71405 at 1/50 dilution staining AKR1B1 in human colon carcinoma tissue section by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/ PFA fixed paraffin-embedded sections). A peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody was used followed by DAB staining.
