  • Undifferentiated human embryonic stem cells (H9 line) were stained with the tissue non-specific alkaline phosphatase antibody, ab17973. The cells were positive for alkaline phosphatase with staining localised on the surface membrane.

    Dilution used: 1/50

    Note that the feeder cells in the bottom left hand corner of the plate are not stained by this antibody.

  • ab17973 staining Alkaline Phosphatase, Tissue Non-Specific in human adrenal gland tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections). The sections were fixed in paraformaldehye prior to blocking with 10% serum for 1 hour at 20°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1/500 and incubated with the sample for 12 hours at 4°C. An HRP-conjugated rabbit anti-mouse polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody, diluted 1/200.
