I have checked the website and the datasheets of these three antibodies and it seems that only ab18147 has been tested for cross-reactivity with rabbit. The other two antibodies are not known yet if they recognize rabbit alpha smooth muscle Actin.

However, it is important to mention that according to the datasheet ab18147 recognizes the alpha-smooth muscle isoform of actin but it does not react with actin from fibroblasts (b-and g-cytoplasmic), striated muscle (a-sarcomeric), and myocardium (a-myocardial).

Yesterday I finished the trial and look like the results are good know. I stained only 1hr and 45min with primary AB at RT, delution 1:600 in 5% goat sera. Secondary AB: 1:200 delution in 5% goat sera, RT, 40-45min. See some staining in attach. What do you think? Have a nice weekend,
