IP Use at an assay dependent concentration.
WB Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 32 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 22 kDa).Can be blocked with Human Amino-terminal enhancer of split peptide (ab16684).

Target

  • FunctionActs as dominant repressor towards other family members. Inhibits NF-kappa-B-regulated gene expression. May be required for the initiation and maintenance of the differentiated state.
