  • ab22208 staining Anterior Gradient 2 in the NIH3T3 cell line from Mouse fibroblasts by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with Triton X-100 0.1% and blocked with 10% serum for 60 minutes at 24°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100) for 16 hours at 4°C. An  Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Donkey anti-rabbit polyclonal(1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.

  • ab22208 staining Anterior Gradient 2 in the COS1 fibroblast cell line from Monkey kidney by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with Triton X-100 0.1% in PBS and blocked with 1% BSA for 30 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in PBS + 1% BSA) for 16 hour at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit polyclonal (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
