Detection of AP2 by Western blot analysis. Activator protein 2 (AP2) can be detected in nuclear extracts derived from JEG-3 cells using AP2 rabbit polyclonal antibody at a 1/1000 dilution (lane 1). The signal corresponding to nuclear AP2 is eliminated by adding the immunizing peptide to the reaction (lane 2).
