In rodents, Apo A-IV inhibits gastric emptying and serves as a satiety factor whose synthesis and secretion are increased by the ingestion of dietary fat. ab115308 at 5ug/ml staining APOA4 in Human small intestine tissue by immunohistochemistry (FFPE). Slides were subject to heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with ab115308 slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
