    This Fast-Track antibody is not yet fully characterised. These images represent inconclusive preliminary data.

    • IHC image of Apoliporotein B staining in human liver carcinoma FFPE section, performed on a BondTM system using the standard protocol F. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH6, epitope retrieval solution 1) for 20 mins. The section was then incubated with ab50069, 5µg/ml, for 8 mins at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
    • Immunoprecipitation of Apolipoprotein B, using a Huh7.5 human hepatoma cell line conditioned medium. The protein was immunoprecipitated from 1.8 mL spent medium, using 29µg of Rabbit polyclonal to Apolipoprotein B (ab50069). A different Apolipoprotein B antibody was used for the western blot.


      Lanes 1: Pull down with ab50069, Lane 2: IP control with rabbit IgG.


      Band: >200kDa: Apolipoprotein B.
