  • ab59592 staining APPL in Human fibroblast cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X and blocked with 5% serum for 30 minutes at 21°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/1000) for 21 hours. An Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit monoclonal (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
