Anti-Aquaporin 2 antibody images

  • ab62628 staining Aquaporin in Mouse embryonic kidney tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 and blocked with 1% BSA for 1 hour at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in blocking solution) for 1 hour at 20°C. An Alexa Fluor® 568-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody.
