Adenosine analog. Poly(A) polymerase substrate. Competitive viral DNA polymerase inhibitor.
Adenine-arabinofuranoside-5’-triphosphate, Sodium salt
Vidarabine triphosphate, Sodium Salt
Adenosine analog. Poly(A) polymerase substrate. Inhibits cleavage and polyadenylation reactions by interacting with the ATP-binding site on poly(A) polymerase. Active form of Vidarabine (Vira-A) (ab143081). Antiviral properties. Competitive viral DNA polymerase inhibitor. Disrupts viral DNA synthesis.
Store at -20°C (desiccating conditions).
Supplied in water (10 mM)
Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to 6 months. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.
