Recommended dilutions
Dot: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
ELISA: 1/1000 - 1/5000.
IHC: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
WB: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Armenian Hamster IgG in a standard capture ELISA using p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Suitable for other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
Not tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
