ab175108 staining AVL9 in Saos2 human osteaosarcoma cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with TBST and blocked with 10% BSA for 1 hour at 22°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/1000 in TBST) for 1 hour at 22°C. ab150092, a goat anti-rabbit Alexa Fluor® 594 (1/5000) was used as the secondary antibody.
Immunohistochemical analysis of formalin fixed and paraffin embedded Human breast carcinoma labeling AVL9 with ab175108 at 1/50 dilution, followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.
ab175108 has not yet been referenced specifically in any publications.
