Paraffin-embedded human brain tissue stained for Beclin 1 using ab62557 at 2.5 µg/ml in immunohistochemical analysis.
ab62557 staining Beclin 1 in Human MCR5 cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, pH 7.4 for 5 minutes and blocked with 5% BSA for 20 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in PBS) for 1 hour at 21°C. A CF488A-conjugated Donkey anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
ab62557 staining Beclin 1 in Human umbilical vascular endothelial cells after 2 Gy of ionizing radiationby at 4 and 8 days post-irradiation by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with 3.7% formaldehyde/PBS pH 7.4 for 20 minutes at 37°C, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS and blocked with 5% PBS with BSA pH 7.4. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100) for 1 hour at room temperature. An undiluted Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Donkey anti-mouse IgG polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.
