Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - beta 4 Defensin antibody [L13-10-D1] (ab14419)
ab14419 staining beta 4 Defensin in human pancreatic tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step was performed. Samples were then incubated with the primary antibody at a 1/100 dilution for 1 hour at 25ºC. An undiluted HRP-conjugated goat IgG polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.
