Hi Abcam, I'm trying to find an antibody for our experiment and was wondering if you can help us out as we buy most of antibodies from Abcam. I'm looking for a Sodium Potassium ATPase (Na+ K+ ATPase) antibody that would stain nerves in rat skin biopsy tissue for IF. I know that there are alpha and beta subunits but I'm not sure which and if any actually stains nerve in skin Do you know or if you can find out if Abcam has anything that would fit this description If you could please give some assistance with this enquiry that would be great J Kind regards, |

Thank you for contacting us.
There are several antibodies in our catalogue targeting either the alpha or beta subunit of Sodium Potassium ATPase.
I have conducted a search to find the most suitable for your experiment, and the best options are linked below:
http://www.abcam.com/alpha-3-Sodium-Potassium-ATPase-antibody-ab78798.html (only guaranteed in paraffin embedded tissue; targets the alpha 3 subunit)
http://www.abcam.com/alpha-1-Sodium-Potassium-ATPase-phospho-S23-antibody-ab74069.html (only tested with immunocytochemistry; specific to the alpha 1subnunit)
http://www.abcam.com/beta-Sodium-Potassium-ATPase-antibody-0-T-05-ab33144.html (only characterised by IHC-P; targets the beta 1 subunit)
http://www.abcam.com/alpha-1-Sodium-Potassium-ATPase-antibody-ab33133.html (recognises alpha 1 subunit of Sodium Potassium ATPase and is suitable for frozen sections).
I hope this information is helpful to you. If you have specific questions about the products identified during the search, please do not hesitate to contact me. |
