Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab33144 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed/paraffin embedded): Use at a concentration of 10 µg/ml on 4% paraformaldehyde fixed tissue.
WB: Use at a concentration of 0.5 - 2 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 48 kDa. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
This is the non-catalytic component of the active enzyme, which catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the exchange of Na(+) and K(+) ions across the plasma membrane. The beta subunit regulates, through assembly of alpha/beta heterodimers, the number of sodium pumps transported to the plasma membrane.
Found in most tissues.
Belongs to the X(+)/potassium ATPases subunit beta family.
