Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence analysis of mouse EpH4.9 cells labeling beta Catenin with ab23671 (green). Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde and incubated with Anti-beta Catenin antibody (ab23671), followed by an appropriate secondary antibody. The actin cytoskeleton was stained with phalloidin and cell nuclei with DAPI. Immunofluorescence images were obtained using confocal microscopy and Imaris imaging software.
