Application Abreviews Notes
WB 1/1000 - 1/10000. Detects a band of approximately 45 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 45 kDa).
IP 1/10 - 1/100.
IHC-P 1/250 - 1/500. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol. Heat up to 98 degrees C, below boiling, and then let cool for 10-20 min.

    Involved in the regulation of homocysteine metabolism. Converts betaine and homocysteine to dimethylglycine and methionine, respectively. This reaction is also required for the irreversible oxidation of choline.
