WB Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 26 kDa. for 2 hours. This antibody has been tested in Western blot against the recombinant peptide used as an immunogen. We have no data on detection of endogenous protein.
ELISA Use at an assay dependent dilution.

In brain, it is restricted to a few specific developing brain structures such as pineal gland, telencephalic septum, hypothalamic pre-mammillary body and arcuate nucleus. Bsx might be considered an important molecular marker for early embryonic stages of epiphysis development. It belongs to the distal-less homeobox family and contains 1 homeobox DNA-binding domain.
