I would be interested in your anti c-Abl polyclonal antibody, but I would like to know exactly which peptide was used to immunize the rabbit. In the technical sheet it says "adjacent to the kinase domain". But where exactly? Also does it recognize the other Abl family kinase Arg? Thanks for your reply

Thank you for this interesting question. The peptide is: ISDEVEKELGK and in the human is located between aa502-512,the kinase domain is located between aa242-aa493.
