A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the N-terminal of human C Reactive Protein identical to the related rat and mouse sequence.
Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab65842 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|WB||Use a concentration of 0.1 - 0.5 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 25 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 25 kDa).|
|IHC-Fr||Use at an assay dependent concentration.|
ab65842 staining C Reactive Protein in mouse lung tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100 and blocked for 5 minutes at 22°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in 1X PBS) for 17 hours at 4°C. A Biotin-conjugated horse anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
ab65842 has not yet been referenced specifically in any publications.
