Thank you for your enquiry. I can confirm that for the most recent lot DTAF (a fluorosein deriviative) was used at a ratio of 2.2 moles per molecule of IgG.  This may vary slightly with each lot.  (FITC is used on most lots) I hope this will be helpful...
