The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use at an assay dependent concentration.
Titre using peptide based assay:1/312500.
Use a concentration of 2.5 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 55 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 48 kDa). Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.
Use a concentration of 4 - 8 µg/ml.
RelevanceC14orf130 is a putative E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase which is a component of the N-end rule pathway. Recognizes and binds to proteins bearing specific amino-terminal residues that are destabilizing according to the N-end rule, leading to their ubiquitination and subsequent degradation.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human kidney tissue labelling C14orf130 with ab59151 at 4-8µg/ml. Arrows indicate positively labelled epithelial cells of the renal tubule. Magnification: 400X.
