  • Application notes
Peptide ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Antibody detection limit dilution 1/32,000.
IHC-P: Use at a concentration of 2.5 µg/ml. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
WB: Use at a concentration of 0.5 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 33 kDa.
Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 22kDa band in Human Liver lysates after 0.5µg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 33.4kDa according to NP_997000.2. The 22kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.

Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
