Anti-Calpain 1 antibody [9A4H8D3] images

  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human tonsil tissue sections labeling Calpain 1 with ab3589 at 1/20. Antigen retrieval was performed using 10mM sodium citrate (pH 6.0), microwaved for 8-15 minutes. Samples were blocked with 3% BSA in PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated with the primary antibody overnight at 4°C. A biotin-conjugated secondary antibody was used. Counterstained with hematoxylin. Right - negative control.
