    Lysates/proteins at 25 µg per lane.
  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of rat hippocampus tissue sections labeling Cannabinoid Receptor I with ab3559.

  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of transverse spinal cord E6 chick embryo tissue sections labeling Cannabinoid Receptor I with ab3559.

  • ab3559 staining the Cannabinoid Receptor 1 in Human synovial fibroblasts by Flow Cytometry. Cells were fixed with 1.5% formaldehyde, pelleted and permeabilized with 100% ice cold methanol for at least 10 minutes. Gating was done on synovial fibroblasts. The  sample was incubated with the primary antibody, dilution 1/100 (1% BSA in PBS), for 15 minutes. An Abcam PE-conjugated donkey polyclonal to rabbit IgG ( ab7007), dilution 1/200, was used as secondary antibody. The red peak shows staining with ab3559.
