  • Flow cytometry analysis of Cannabinoid Receptor I (phospho S316) expression in 2% paraformaldehyde-fixed SH-SY5Y cells using ab186428 at 1/200 dilution (red) or a rabbit IgG isotype control (green), SH-SY5Y cells preincubated with Cannabinoid Receptor I (phospho S316) peptide (blue) or non-phosopho Cannabinoid Receptor I (phospho S316) peptide (orange). FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (1/150 dilution) was used as the secondary antibody.
