The antibody may facilitate the study of oxidative stress release in neuron transplantation.

This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Catalase in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2prime-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Target

This is an interesting question - what is yourcustomer going to be doing exactly? Biotin is conjugated to the primary antibody, but I'm really not sure if there will be any interference.

The catalase source is bovine, and the antibody is polyclonal. Although it has not been tested on mouse tissue, the chances are that it will crossreact. We do not have any information regarding which is the better fixative for use with this antib...
