    • HeLa whole cell lysate (1 mg) was immunoprecipitated with 10 µg ab86779 (lane 1) or IgG control (lane 2). 20% of the immunoprecipitate was subjected to Western blotting and labelled with ab86779 at 0.1 µg/ml. Bands were detected by chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
