Recombinant Fragment Predicted to work with:
Highly pure recombinant Human CCL27.
FormLyophilised:Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile PBS containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml. Please note that if you receive this product in liquid form it has already been reconstituted as described and no further reconstitution is necessary.
Storage instructionsShipped at 4°C. Store at +4°C short term (1-2 weeks). Store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycle.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 13 kDa. When used in conjunction with compatible development reagents the detection limit for recombinant Human CCL27 is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Use a concentration of 1 µg/ml. ab114858 allows the detection of at least 0.2- 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human CCL27.
Use a concentration of 0.25 - 1 µg/ml. ab114858, in conjunction with a Polyclonal Anti-Human CCL27 as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human CCL27.
FunctionChemotactic factor that attracts skin-associated memory T-lymphocytes. May play a role in mediating homing of lymphocytes to cutaneous sites. Binds to CCR10.
Tissue specificityTestis, thymus, placenta, ovary and skin.
Sequence similaritiesBelongs to the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family.
