Specificityab53441 recognises the rat CD11c cell surface antigen, expressed by some myeloid cells and dendritic cells. The antibody immunoprecipitates a 130-140/90kD heterodimer and modestly inhibits macrophage adherence on plastic (by around 20-30%).
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use at an assay dependent concentration.
Use a concentration of 10 µg/ml.
